Phoenix Marine Solutions has designed and manufactured a new hydraulic bathing platform system that has been installed on a new 80 foot yacht.

The yacht manufacturer was looking for a high quality, UK manufactured lift system that would lift heavy items evenly and reliably. They approached Phoenix Marine who has successfully manufactured a number of other mechanisms including door mechanisms, tender winches and centralised hydraulic systems amongst other items for numerous yachts in their extensive range.

The platform is designed to launch or recover a tender or jet ski with a maximum weight of 1,200kg from the water onto the yacht.

Phoenix is planning to market this lift system to all of the UK and European Yacht manufacturers. Their presence in the UK makes them a very cost effective option for both UK and European Yacht builders.

Phoenix Marine Solutions have been awarded the contract to supply a major Super Yacht manufacturer with a complete hydraulic solution for their new 52 metre yacht range. This system has been designed and manufactured by Phoenix to operate all of the hydraulic functions onboard to include, capstan operation, windlasses, hatch lifting, shotbolt locking cylinders, a swim ladder, two cranes and a 200hp bow thruster.

Phoenix have been designing and manufacturing hydraulic solutions since 1981.
